I have an exciting announcement to make......


I am finally releasing my 12 week shred package. I have been working on this for awhile and I am so excited to go into the new year with the first ever 12 week shred. This year I have been putting my heart and soul into my 6 week shred, tweaking them and making them bigger and better. I feel super fortunate to have worked with amazing clients, who have all smashed the shred.

The shred is for EVERYONE, I have some clients that are wanting fat loss, some that want to build muscle and some clients that want to maintain the weight and tone up, what ever your goal is, I am here to help you reach it.

Why have I decided to do a 12 week shred? Well... being the start of the year, I want to work with clients to create healthy habits, work on their confidence and of course smash their goals. The shred has always been about creating a supportive community of people, its about working with clients on an individual basis, you're not just a another number on a programme you are a real human and I am dedicated to working with you and around your lifestyle. We are all individual and there is no one size fits all, that is where as your coach I come in, we will work at those goals today and find out what works for you.

So what does the 12 week shred involve?

We have 6 live workouts a week, the week is scheduled with upper body, lower body, full body, cardio, booty workouts and boxing.

Weekly one to one check ins so we can discuss your week, this is how we get results, we work together, look at what we might need to change and tweak to get those results.

3 guided live meditations, wellness and fitness go hand in hand so I will invite you to join me on guided meditations so you can learn to manage stress, learn to quiet the mind and enjoy some time within.

Recipe books and Nutrition advice throughout

Daily motivation, this is so important!! We all have days where we are unmotivated... this is completely normal, but we need consistency to keep us track, throughout the shred I will do my very best to help motivate you. We have a small WhatsApp group which is great for inspiring and motivating other shredders on your journey.

So now you know roughly what is involved and hopefully you are thinking, this sounds pretty good...


I am also excited to announce I am collaborating with the wonderful Rose Hill, Rose has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years, she is very knowledgable and passionate. Rose is full of high energy and brings style and vibes to her classes, she also have 3 young children so knows what its like to juggle fitness and family. Rose will tell you herself, workouts are her non negotiable. Myself and Rose will be brining all the energy to your home workouts, we will be having weekly live discussions, where we talk all topics fitness (and some other waffle too).
