Fat Loss vs Weight Loss

Lets talk about protein, carbs and fat! Lot's of people think that cutting out carbs will help you lose weight. However, protein and carbs hold 4 calories per gram and fat holds 9 calories per gram. So why are we giving up carbs?

Carbohydrates hold 2.7-3g of water, so when we cut out carbs we will see weight loss as we will be loosing water weight. This is not fat loss!! Our body needs water so we don't want to lose this.

To achieve fat loss we have to be in a calorie deficiency, this means we need to put in less and put out more. This is something I can help you with, lots of factors come into this. Your age, weight, sex, job, exercise all have parts to play.
