Gym or home workouts?


What do you prefer?


I personally love a bit of both especially in winter. Yes, im moaning again about the weather!!


A home workout in the comfort of your own home... yes please!! The heating is on, I can wear whatever the hell I want. What is not to like?

This is why I love my 6 week shred, doing live workouts in the comfort of my house is a dream!! I think there's a little stigma with not being able to get results out of a home workout but trust me this is not true. You can certainly get results in the comfort of your own home.. anything you do consistently and putting enough effort into will get you results.

this is the golden ticket guys..... consistency and nutrition (the two things that get you those results).


So if you're feeling unmotivated to get outside and leave your house to get to the gym, maybe a home workout is for you. Or maybe you have limited time and travel time to the gym is just non existent for you. There can be so many factors why the gym doesn't work for you.. but don't let that determine whether you exercise or not.


I love a home workout but I also love training in the gym, I love the environment. I love the variety of equipment and sometimes I just want to leave the house and workout in a different environment.

There is no right or wrong to where you workout. You just need to workout what works for you. If you feel you're not working out as much as you'd like. Reflect on your lifestyle, your time and how you can maybe try and incorporate a little more movement into your day.


Just remember how amazing you feel after a workout...
