Happy New Year and lets welcome 2023.
Are you ready for the new year? Do you feel you've overindulged over the Christmas period? Do you want to start the new year creating healthy habits? Do you find each year you want to live a healthier lifestyle or get the results you've always wanted?
Well the 12 week shred might possibly be the right programme for you.
I want to help you achieve your results by creating daily healthy habits. Change is tough. Its difficult to stop doing things you've always done.
Routine is a powerful tool to reinforce habits. The more regularly you do something the more likely you are to stick at it. It can be challenging creating new habits and this is where I come in. I will help motivate and coach you to make these changes so you can get results. They say it takes 66 days to create a habit! This is why I have extended my shred to 12 weeks. We have five live workouts a week, daily challenges, a private instagram group which has a variety of workouts, stretches and meditations. One to one checks ins via voice note so we can look at your week and discuss the coming week to help keep you on track. Constant advice and support from myself. Monthly meditations to help with stress relief.
I don't know about you but I am so excited to get stuck into new goals. I like to think of a new year as a reset and an opportunity to reflect and set intentions. If you feel ready to make some changes then come and join me :)
