What makes us decide to have a coach or a personal trainer?

You don't have to be a beginner in the gym to hire a coach. You may feel you've been working out for awhile but your not actually getting any results.
This can be for a number of reasons... your nutrition, the exercises you're doing, you could be over training, or under training.
This is why having a coach to train and coach you to get the most out of your workouts. We want to be smart with our training, we don't want to spend hours of our time exercising when we don't actually need too.
My career is fitnes but I still have a coach, this doesn't mean I don't know what im doing.
Having someone hold me accountable, write my programmes and take the pressure off me. Also if i was to programme myself I would only put in all the exercises I enjoy.
So have a think about your training, how do you feel it's going in? Are you getting the results you want? Are you enjoying training? Do you feel lost? Do you find all your workouts off Instagram and TikTok?
So from this post, think about what you want to achieve and if a coach would benefit you...
